Students

WSU cannot provide student-specific account information unless you provide your full name and WSU identification number.

Parents

If a parent/third party is requesting information about their student’s account or records, the parent/third party must have been given Third Party Authorization by the student. (WSU students use Third Party Access to authorize a parent, spouse, employer or other third party to access their official WSU records, including account balances, class schedule, financial aid, scholarships, grades, and more. Students can make changes to their third party authorization from their Profile tile in myWSU. Authorized third parties may access their student’s shared information by signing in with their own user ID (WSU Friend ID) to my.wsu.edu. For more information on student and parent rights under FERPA, visit WSU’s FERPA Info page.)
